KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission. mega55 may request additional documents at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe requested by mega55 may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify mega55 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. mega55 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player failed to take reasonable security precautions.
All deposits to mega55 Accounts are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are currently supported:
Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable method-specific limits are displayed at the point of deposit. Deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. mega55 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party source may be returned and the Account suspended pending investigation.
mega55 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which mega55 accepts no responsibility.

mega55 offers a range of bonus promotions to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP-tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:
Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "rollover") before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the individual promotion terms and typically range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a MYR 100 bonus requires the Player to wager a total of MYR 2,000 before withdrawal is permitted.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward the rollover. Table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) and live dealer games typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Certain game types may contribute 0%. Specific contribution rates for each bonus are detailed in the relevant promotion terms.
While Bonus Funds are active in a Player's Account, the maximum single Wager permitted is MYR 250 per spin, hand, or bet, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms. Placing a Wager exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
All bonuses have a validity period, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting as specified in the promotion terms. Bonuses and associated winnings that have not been withdrawn by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
mega55 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and withhold related withdrawals where it reasonably suspects a Player of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating duplicate Accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times; placing low-risk hedging Wagers designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk; coordinating with other Players to exploit promotions; or any other conduct that mega55 determines to be contrary to the spirit of the relevant offer.
All Wagers placed on mega55 are subject to the game-specific and market-specific rules applicable at the time of the Wager. For sports betting markets including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other events, the following general principles apply:
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mega55 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant legal authorities where appropriate.
All content on the mega55 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, user interface design, and audiovisual materials, is the intellectual property of mega55 or its licensed game studio partners. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of mega55.
Your use of the Platform does not confer any intellectual property rights upon you in respect of any content available through the Platform. Trademarks, service marks, and trade names used on the Platform are the property of their respective owners.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mega55's total liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any service provided through the Platform shall not exceed the value of the Account Balance held by that Player at the time the relevant claim arises.
mega55 is not liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". mega55 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, though we take commercially reasonable steps to maintain service quality and security.
mega55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where: the Player has breached these Terms; the Player has provided false identity information; the Account is under investigation for fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse; or where closure is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements.
Upon suspension, any pending withdrawals may be placed on hold pending completion of the investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, mega55 may forfeit the Account Balance, Bonus Funds, and any pending withdrawals.
Players may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any verified withdrawable Balance will be paid out to the Player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and compliance checks.
Players who wish to take a break from gambling or exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gambling reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanent. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which mega55 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding the existence, validity, or termination of these Terms, shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body.
Nothing in this clause shall limit mega55's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where necessary to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or the integrity of the Platform.
mega55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will provide reasonable notice to active Players via their registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 12.2.
